  • Haxhiu: QKUK emergency filled with injured protesters

Former President of PDK, Bekim Haxhiu, has criticised Kosovo Police for the way they manage the protest held in Pristina on Monday, where there were clashes between protesters and police.

Haxhiu has said that dozens of protesters, including young people and KLA veterans, have been injured during the protest.

The seven new KLA protesters and veterans who suffered injuries in the liberation war were injured again, this time during the protest, Haxhiu wrote.

He has claimed that the KKUK emergency has been filled with dozens of injured protesters, while stressing that, according to him, Kosovo Police members have not been seen seeking medical assistance.

Haxhiu has criticised the use of force by police, calling it unproportional.

The use of force in a non-professional way is unjustified and unacceptable, he stated.

Former President of The PDK has said protesters who, according to him, advocate KLA values respect the Kosovo Police uniform and the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo.

Finally, Haxhiu has accused political leaders of influence on police actions.

The Kosovo police should not act on the political orders of Jelali and Kurtiʹ, he wrote.

Haxhiu has stressed that the KLA is part of Kosovo’s history and that, according to him, its sacrifice should not be used to justify violence against citizens. /Telegraphy/

  • Haradinaj urges the return of MPs to the Assembly: Kurt’s flight and LVV’s a date.

Former Alliance leader Ramush Haradinaj has called on Prime Minister Albin Kurti and the deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement to return to the Kosovo Assembly and vote in second reading the Law for Specialised Chambers.

Haradinaj has criticised the MP’s departure from the hearing, calling it “determination,” at a time when the country is facing protests and tensions.

Kurti, deputies of the Vetevendosje Movement and all MPs return to the Assembly. Vote the law for specialised reading rooms and go back to the state agenda, just as it belongs to us as MPs, Haradinaj has declared.

According to him, leaving the Assembly in such a situation is not reasonable.

Kurt’s escape, Vetevendosje flight, hiding is equivalent to desertion today. Deserts always find reasons and motives, rely on or hide behind many causes, but it is not the day to leave the Kosovo Assembly today, when we have citizens in protest, it has been expressed.

Haradinaj has also criticised the use of tear gas by Kosovo Police during the protests. He has described the situation in which, according to him, police are facing the citizens of the country as punishable.

The viewing of Kurti and the Vetevendosje Movement, the use of police to disperse protesters with tear gas, and the creation of a situation that we see in this city, when Kosovo police are facing their brothers and sisters, with the citizens of this country, is indeed punishable, Haradinaj has said.

He has called on MPs to return to the Assembly and fulfil their constitutional obligations.

So, in such a situation, those who still have a conscience urge to return to the Assembly. Let’s vote on the Law for Specialised Chambers and go back to the state agenda, he declared.

Haradinaj has estimated that the interruption of the session and the removal of MPs is taking place at a critical moment for the country, given also the constitutional deadline for electing the president.

There is no logic to interrupt hearings and escape MPs when only a few more than 24 hours of constitutional deadlines remain, Haradinaj has said.

In the end, he has reiterated his stance that the country could move towards the elections, saying that scenario had warned him earlier.

It is true and I have always warned that Kurti and Vetevendosje are taking the country to elections, Haradinaj has declared. /Telegraphy.

  • Abrashi: Special Law never jeopardises 90 votes, president doesn’t have 80 votes

Vetevendosje Movement MP Artan Abrashi has singled out the Democratic Party of Kosovo’s provisions regarding the Law vote for Specialised Chambers and the issue of electing the president.

Abrashi has said the LVV has never linked the president’s case to the law vote.

We have never linked the president’s case with the law vote, Abrashi has declared.

According to him, the president’s case has been sent to the Constitutional Court by the PDK, and the deadline for his election has come as a result of this process.

The PDK sent the president’s issue to Constitution and the date came as we received it, he said.

Abrashi has declared that the Law for Specialised Chambers has not been at risk and that as evidence of this has cited today’s vote, where the bill received 90 votes.

Law has never been in danger, we saw today that the law received 90 votes, the president does not have 80 votes, Abrashi has indicated.

LVV MP has charged The PDK is manipulating citizens’ feelings on this issue.

The protection of former KLA officials in appeal requires institutional commitment, Abrashi has declared. /Telegraph/

    Ingredients

    150 grams of butter

    6 eggs

    300 grams of black chocolate

    200 grams of sugar

    -30 grams of cocoa

    A tea spoon

    Vanil extract

    Preparation:

First, heat the oven at 180 degrees.

Paint a cake pan with 24 inches [24 cm] in diameter of butter, or spread it on baking paper.

Place chocolate and butter in a bowl and melt them into low fire, mixing them over and over again.

When combined, remove the mixture from the fire and let it cool for a while.

Meanwhile, separate the yellow from the white. Add cocoa, salt, 100 grams of sugar and, if you wish, some vanilla extract to yellow.

Beat everything with a mixer, then add melted chocolate and butter, and mix it again in short.

Beat egg whites in another bowl. Add to the remaining 100 grams of sugar and beat until hard peaks form.

Then carefully add the whites of the eggs beaten into the chocolate mixture.

Mix it gently with a shoulder so that the mixture will remain airborne and uniform.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and ripen for about 30 minutes to 180 degrees.

When a crust is formed on the surface, use a toothpick to check whether the cake is ripe.

If the toothpick comes out almost dry, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool off before serving it.

If you like, you can serve it with fresh or cooked berries and a vanilla ice cream ball. /Telegraphy/

  • PDK: Government to Stop Violence Against Protesters, Adopt KLA Protection Law

The Democratic Party of Kosovo has reacted after tensions and the use of force against citizens protesting the adoption of the Kosovo Liberation Army law.

In a reaction, The PDK has condemned what it described as the use of violence against protesters and has demanded from state institutions an immediate halt to any action that, according to her, violates the constitutional right to protest.

The PDK has declared that the KLA war is an integral part of Kosovo’s history and identity, demanding that institutions complete the process of adopting the law aimed at protecting liberation war values.

According to the PDK, there is no legal obstacle to the adoption of this law, and according to it, the Government has confirmed it through its opinion.

Further exhumation is unwarranted and constitutes direct disregard for citizens’ demand, the party’s response reported.

The PDK has stressed that protesters, including relatives of martyrs, disabled and veterans, have a clear request and that institutions should respond through concrete decision making.

The opposition party has particularly criticised the measures taken against protesters, labeling them unproportional and unacceptable.

According to the PDK, the fact that the protest has been calm for 20 days makes the use of force even more unwarrantable.

The citizens’ stand cannot be treated as a threat, nor can it be used as an excuse for exercising violence, it is said in response.

The PDK has also raised concerns about the way security institutions are used, charging that they are being used for political purposes and to suppress the citizens’ protest.

It is unacceptable that security institutions are being used extremely for political purposes or to violently suppress the reasonable revolt of citizens, he has declared. PDK.

In the end, The PDK has called on all parliamentary groups and MPs to wrap up the process of adopting the KLA protection law without delay.

According to this party, institutional responsibility in the current situation requires decisionmaking, respect for citizens and protection of veterans’ dignity and KLA war members. /Telegraphy.

  • US meeting with 5 European countries 𔂺gra worries’ within NATO

Meetings between the top US defence official Elbridge Colby, and five European countries have raised concerns that such forms could create divisions within NATO.

The group, known as RHergen Group, includes Sweden, Finland, Poland, Germany and the Netherlands.

Britain, France and the Baltic states are not part of it.

NATO experts warn that the creation of individual groups could create the impression that the US is favouring some allies over others.

According to them, it becomes especially sensitive, while Washington is demanding that Europe assume more responsibility for protecting the continent.

NATO, meanwhile, has downplayed the importance of meetings, saying it is normal for allies to hold meetings in smaller formats.

The lack of ballistic sites is particularly evident, as they are among the members who spend more on defence and are on the front lines facing Russia.

Lithuania, meanwhile, has invited Colby to visit the region to take a close look at air space violations and recent incidents that authorities link with hybrid threats from Russia and Belarus. /Telegraphy/

  • Ginny: Kurte has loved the Special Court and has deliberately led the country towards elections

Alliance Chairman Ardian Gjini has sharply criticised incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, charging that he has followed a deliberate strategy to keep the country in political crisis and lead it towards elections.

Djind has declared Kurti is one of the Albanian politicians who, according to him, has mostly supported the Special Court.

Kurti is probably the only Albanian politician who, with every cell in his brain and body, has wanted this court, Djind has said.

Referring to the stance of the Vetevendosje Movement in 2015, Djind has claimed that the failure to establish the Special Court by MPs from this party was, according to him, pure opportunism rather than principled opposition.

According to him, Vetevendosje had known that the ruling parties at the time would vote on the establishment of the court and therefore chose not to participate in the vote.

Djind has also linked the issue of the Special Court to Kurt’s coming to power, declaring that the Special Court is the essence of why Kurti is in power.

The AAK chairman has said his party, since June, had warned Kurt that the country could move towards new elections.

He has accused the prime minister of shutting down all chances of exiting political blockades, disregarding the AAK’s bid, slipping down. The Democratic League of Kosovo and playing, according to him, with the Democratic Party of Kosovo.

Djind has argued that if there had really been a will to avoid elections, Kurt would have acted earlier.

Otherwise, he would not have waited until today to vote the law in principle. He would have done it sooner, he said.

It has also criticised the introduction of 22 bills into accelerated procedure, as well as the conditioning of the Special Court Law vote with the president’s vote.

According to Djind, these actions testify that Kurti has not really aimed at avoiding elections.

If he really wanted to avoid elections, Win-win had one. But he didn’t, he said.

Speaking of recent political developments, Djind has also reacted to protests and tensions in Pristina, citing the use of tear gas and shootings in the capital’s main square.

We see tear gas and shooting in the capital’s main square against our values of freedom, Djind has declared.

He has also criticised Vetevendosje’s decision to address the Constitutional Court over the possibility that Albulen Haxhiu announces the elections.

Djind has named the situation “Kykaos programmed by Kurtiï, claiming that the prime minister does not, according to him, the independent, free and democratic Republic of Kosovo.”

In the end, despite criticism of the political situation, Djind has said that Kosovo will overcome even this crisis.

But our Kosovo will not be destroyed. He will survive this crisis as well. He will also survive Kurt and his register of evildoers. /Telegraphy.

  • Nagavci for the protests before the Parliament: What we’re seeing is unacceptable

The head of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Arberie Nagavci, has criticised the situation created during the protests before the Kosovo Assembly, saying that the right to protest and free speech should not violate the rights of others.

Speaking on TV Dukaagjini, Nagavci has said no one has the right to prevent the movement of citizens or attack MPs.

She has said that both protesters and those who, according to her, are promoting protests know that the debate over changing the Law for Specialised Chambers has had to take place earlier.

What we are currently seeing is unacceptable, contrary to the right to protest, free speech. No one has the right to hinder another, the right to move, to speak, and to attack MPs more. We are aware, even those on the outside, a portion of those promoting protests that would have happened in the summer of 20215, in August 2015, not September 2026…

What is noted is that there is a rush, both then and today. Now more to be voted quickly, under pressure and with a tendency to unscramble the situation. At the first session when the bill on changing the Law on Specialised Chambers was passed was held precisely because the will existed and were the signatures of LVV) deputies, Nagavci has declared.
