WhatsApp testcomed Chat, new function increases restrictions for private conversation

What App has started to test a new post called resubstracted Chatovina, which aims to provide more control and privacy in user conversations. The new function is currently available for a portion of users registered in the World-BasApp programme in Android and IOS.

According to the WABetataInfo, the Restracted Chat was seen in the 2,26.36.4 version of whatsapp for Android and 26,39.10.20 for IOS, broadcast Telegraphy.

How does it work?

The function is an extension of Advanced Chat Privacy and is not automatically activated for all conversations. Users should enable it manual for the conversation they want, through the chat information section.

Once enabled, whatApp displays a conversation notice and sets four main limits that affect the way messages and content may be used in that chat.

These limits are:

Photos and videos are not automatically stored on user equipment.

Conversation cannot be exported.

Meta Al cannot be used within that conversation.

No linked devices can be used to get into the conversation.

This recent restriction, according to Whatsapp, aims to prevent the use of informal customers or artificial intelligence agents to access the content of the conversation.

WhatsApp points out that whether the resubstracted Chat ‘%s’ is enabled or not, messages and calls continue to be protected from end-to-end encryption.

The function is still in the testing phase and is not known when it will become available to all users.

For the time being, those who want to try should be part of whatsapp’s beta programme, while the company is expected to assess its use and operation before a wider distribution. /Telegraphy/
