At the Foundation Court in Pristina, during the review of the case of alleged trafficking with people, related to the behaviour of girls from Latin America to Kosovo, the closure of the public hearing has been established.
What has attracted attention is the fact that the demand for closing the session and erasing the videos has been raised by the lawyer about an hour after the judicial review begins, the Signal newspaper reports.
The case relates to the Special Prosecutor’s indictment of Fabias Anais Cobos Vega and other accused of organised crime and trafficking in people.
According to the indictment, the defendants allegedly organised the recruiting, transportation and shelter of persons from Latin America and other countries towards Kosovo.
