According to the prosecution’s announcement, the case occurred on March 21, 2026, about 1500, in the village of Boxup, Kline municipality, following a dispute over property issues.
The defendant, following a property dispute between the victim and their father, allegedly took a firearm from the house and fired four times in the direction of his brother’s victim, said the prosecution’s announcement.
As a result of the injuries received, the victim has suffered severe internal and external bleeding because of the damage to the artery to the left leg, and then passed away at Pec Regional Hospital.
The report states that the defendant is suspected of unauthorized possession of firearms and ammunition.
The defendant has without authorization kept and possessed a 983 mm calibre pistol, along with a clip and ten (10) bullets of the same calibre that he did not own permission from competent organs, is said to be further in the statement.
The State Prosecutor has proposed to the competent court that, after the trial and administration of evidence, the defendant pleads guilty and sentence him by law.
