The defendant lives with Sylvia… again, psychologically violent the late wife Arlinda Sylay, addressing her with the threatening words: I mean, I kill you, what you want in my house, you can’t do it like that, who you are, and who you are, and then from the laundry girl in which the victim puts his laundry in, the defendant removes the same by throwing them into the backyard, It’s described in the prosecution document.
Part of the detention requirement is the testimony given to the police by the victim that day following the intervention of the police patrol.

Only when I heard them living screaming and threatening me with the words: I mean, I kill you, what you want in my house, you can’t do that in a hurry. Should I kill me live so that you police can arrest the Chizophrene? She had declared herself to the investigators.
Meanwhile, suspect Jeton Sylaj during the police station interview has exploited his legal right to defend in silence.
The State Prosecutor has demanded the detention measure, calling any other more mild measures insufficient, with the reasoning that there is concrete danger of the suspect’s escape.
The defendant turns out to have citizenship of the United States of America and lives there, the circumstance stated even by him during earlier statements.
