According to the prosecution, the case occurred on October 7th in the neighbourhood of Vancea Residency in Ferizaj, where three defendants allegedly physically attacked three Kosovo Clan journalists who were carrying out a story about a property dispute. The injuries have received medical treatment, while the expertise has ascertained slight bodily injuries.
According to the indictment, one of the defendants allegedly damaged the camera to one of the journalists, as well as removed the DVR security camera device, with the aim of testing.
The State Prosecutor has proposed to the court that the defendants be found guilty and condemned according to the law for criminal acts that are placed on them.
