A 17-year-old Albanian girl, who lives in the province of Ragusa in Italy, is located at a residential centre for minors, following suspicions that she has distributed ISIS propaganda on social networks and trained herself for terrorist activities.
The decision to settle it in this centre is being taken by the Catania Museum to Mitur and Catania and implemented by State Police in Raguza.
According to Italian authorities, the minor is suspected to have published propaganda videos on the internet displaying executions of prisoners, materials supporting I SIS, as well as self-training and producing explosive devices under house conditions, news agency reports Ansa.
She also allegedly communicated online with people claiming to be part of I SIS and other individuals promoting terrorist activities.
Investigations began for terrorist propaganda
Initially, the girl was under investigation for support of terrorism. However, following the monitoring of its social networks and phone control, investigators also raised doubts about self-training with a view to involvement in terrorist activities, including international terrorism, Telegraphy broadcast.
According to the report, the 17-year-old comes from an Albanian farmer family, which is well integrated into the community in which she lives.
Meanwhile, investigations are continuing. Italian police are trying to identify people with whom the girl allegedly communicated online.
The case is still under investigation, and allegations against minors do not constitute a final decision on its guilt./Telegraphy/
