Mitrovica General Hospital Director Gzim Berisha’s wife has declared in the police that she has repeatedly experienced psychic violence from her husband, with whom she has not been living for several months.
Berisha’s arrest has confirmed for the Pristina Police Signal spokesman Enis Plana, who revealed that after reporting, the suspect has been arrested and, at the prosecutor’s decision, sent to the detention.
Meanwhile, his 48-hour ban has confirmed even the Basic Prosecutor’s spokeswoman in Pristina, Kaltrin Shala.
She made it known that the move was taken at the orders of the guardian prosecutor, under suspicion of committing criminal acts ukhuna in the family.
We confirm that, by order of the custody prosecutor, the person with the G.B. initials has been detained for 48 hours, under suspicion of carrying out the domestic criminal work dealt with by Article 248 of the Republic of Kosovo’s Criminal Code ( KPRK, says Shala’s response to the signal.
