According to the prosecution’s announcement, the case occurred on November 1st 2026, about hour 5, at QKMF’s Primar Emergency Service facilities on Ralmadan Rexhepi street.
Suspect E.J. He was allegedly physically assaulted by physician F.F., after bringing his father, who was evidently drunk to get medical attention.
During patient treatment, the suspect allegedly intervened and exerted pressure on medical personnel. After being asked to leave the room to enable unhindered treatment, he has refused and then punched the doctor to the left of his face.
The prosecution suggests that there is a suspicion about the suspects based on the commission of criminal action against the official person, according to Article 402, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code.
The suspect is on hold for 48 hours, with the State Prosecutor’s decision, while the request for the detention assignment has been handed over to the Foundation Court in Ferizaj.
