An innovative initiative aimed at bringing new standards into professional education, combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience and creating new career opportunities in the real sector.
Meridian Express, SPAR Kosova presents R ISE Ready Institute for Skills and Excellence, an ambitious initiative that aims to transform the way professional skills develop and prepare new skills for the Kosovo labour market.
Founded on the long-term experience of two of the country’s known real sector networks and supported by the Swiss Development and Co-operation Agency, RISE brings a new concept of professional education, where learning is not limited to theory but combines with real experience of work, mentoring and developing practical skills.
At a time when the job market is increasingly looking for trained professionals, RISE aims to establish a direct link between education and the real needs of industry. The programme is designed to offer participants the opportunity to develop skills in service to the client, shop operations, retail processes, job organisation, communication and team co-operation. Through an approach that combines structured training with practice in the environments of Meridian Express and SPAR Kosova, participants will be able to learn directly from industry professionals.
The programme is open to all persons over 18 years of age, including women aged 40+, who want to be interviewed on the job market and upgrade their skills.
Through RlSE, Meridian Express and SPAR Kosova aim to contribute not only to the development of future staff, but also to the establishment of professional standards in one of the most dynamic sectors of the economy.
This initiative represents an important step in the commitment of Meridian Express and SPAR Kosova to human capital development and the establishment of sustainable opportunities for the community.
With the launch program, RISE has opened the call for applications for the first group of participants, inviting all motivated persons who want to learn, develop and build a professional future in the real sector.
