The signal’s exclusive reporting has been confirmed regarding the incident at the Straight Center in Dubrava, where several prisoners were involved, allegedly physically attacking Andrew Gashi.
Police spokesman for the Peja region Sheremet Elezaj has claimed the signal that the event occurred yesterday, on the 06.11.2026, around 17:20, where four prisoners were involved in a physical clash.
As soon as the incident was noted, the staff of the correctional centre has eventually intervened, which has managed to bring the situation under control. At the scene, relevant police units have also emerged to take necessary action since the case has occurred within prison space. After consulting with the State Attorney, the case has been initiated on persons involved. Investigations concerning the circumstances and full causes of this clash are still continuing by law enforcement agencies, Elesaj told the signal.
