Liberal Democratic Party head P LD, Monica Zaykova, informed that at citizens’ request, a petition was launched that requires the introduction of an electronic link to monitor the perpetrators of violence.
The petition says the electronic bracelet will warn the victim and inform the authorities when the abuser is closer than the distance legally defined.
The petition was launched yesterday and until now a little over 530 signatures have been collected.
Zaykova urged citizens to support the initiative and sign the petition, which requires the introduction of an additional measure to monitor those who commit violence.
