Neda Karafil is struggling to meet her three sons after the divorce by Ogre Balluk. The case has been made public on the show “Goca & Graba,” where her lawyer, Greta Cela, has pressed charges of failing to implement a judicial decision and violations during the final procedures.
In a letter to the show, the lawyer claims that, although the court has imposed a measure that must be implemented immediately, Neda is failing to complete meetings with her children.
As a mother’s defense attorney, I feel a professional and moral obligation to denounciate serious legal and procedural violations in this process, where children continue to remain hostage to an unacceptable situation, says Chela.
According to her, one of the main problems is the failure to comply with the court’s decision to date children, which she considers a legal obligation that cannot be overlooked.
First, the issue carries the flagrant violation of the executive title for the meeting of children. Although the move imposed by the court is binding to be carried out immediately, we are facing a clean act of justice, where individual will prevail over court orders, the lawyer’s letter said.
Greta Cela has also filed claims on how the issue was handled by the Final Service. She says the owner in charge of the file has continued to deal with her even after a decision to expel her.

Thirdly, in the context of all this heavy picture, there remains the great challenge of protecting the child’s highest interest, where the judicial system must act with high professional and scientific standards through reliable evidence, to ensure that children are never used as weapons or hostages in the adult struggle, but to return to the healthy family environments they belong to grow up in, it concludes.
