The Chairman of the Year’s Community, Sokol Haliti, has faced serious threats via the TikTok social network, where a person from the village of Smir has published several videos with threatening messages to him. Following repeated indictments and record insurance, police have arrested the 45-year-old, who has been detained for 48 hours, the Signal newspaper exclusively reports.
Signal sources suggest that the person arrested is Safet Hyseni about 45 years old, from the village of Smira, to which police action has been taken after publishing several videos in TikTok.
The first case was denounced on November 6, about 11:00, by Jakup Haxhiu, head of the cabinet of the mayor of the Commission of the Year.
According to the indictment, Hyseni had published a video on which he was heard addressing President Haliti with the words: In three days you must leave the country. )
After the report, the suspect had been interviewed by police and the Prosecutor’s decision had been released in regular procedure, while the case for criminal work had been initiated {Kandhje].
But the threats were not over.
A day later, on November 7th, the Legal Office of the Committee of the Year was again addressed to police through an official letter announcing that the same person was continuing to publish threatening videos about the mayor.
After securing additional recordings, police have recorded another threat, this time with the mention of an automatic weapon.
In one of the videos, according to information from the signal, Hyseni was heard saying: I’ll take you out at your workplace. )
After this development, police units have intervened and arrested the 45-year-old.
At the prosecution’s verbal order, there has been control of his house and escorts, but nothing illegal has been found.
The suspect was escorted to the police station where he was interviewed in the presence of a defense attorney.
After completing the procedures, the prosecution has issued a decision to ban Safet Hysen for 48 hours, in the context of the case initiated for criminal work ledhesure.
