Niniq announced he had delivered criminal charges against the director of the Security Information Agency ( BIA), Vladimir Orlich, and seven other senior agency officials. The accused are mainly from the 4th Regional Centre in Kragujevc, as well as the territorial centres in Smederevo and Paracin.
According to the statement, the BIA leadership has imposed work duties on agency employees to collect signatures and votes for the SNS on party forms. Niniić claims this was done by misusing the official position and acting as an organized criminal group. He even attached the picture to the seal of the TOK and the accession date.
In his post, Niniq called on all BIA employees who have evidence or information on this system to hand them over as the fulfillment of the speculation.

The day before, on November 1st, Niniq had presented another, even broader confession. He accused 63 people, including Justice Minister Nenad Vujić and Administration Director for Execution of Criminal Sanctions, of organising the capillaries collection system within Serbian prisons.
According to him, over 38,000 votes have been garnered through this system. Niniq claims that there were groups in Viber called Ktebı, where he was given quotas and duties to prison directors, and that prison workers were forced to report the results.
He has published documents, signs, and pieces of communications that, according to him, testify to how this mechanism worked.

Nniq has announced for several days that he would present confessions against state institutions that, according to him, were politicised and used for party purposes. It speaks of the capillary system that includes signs signed, co-ordinators, communications in Viber, job reports, service vehicles and photos to prove loyalty.
So far, neither the Prosecutor nor the BIA or the Ministry of Justice have provided detailed official reactions to these charges.
Nineveh, who has been known for years as a critical lawyer to power, has said he will continue to deliver additional material whenever he receives new evidence.
