The signal newspaper has learned exclusively that Artan Fyza is the Kosovo Police Procuration Director, for whom the Kosovo Police Inspectorate ( The IPK has recommended suspension from office, within investigations of allegations of abuse of office or official authority and issues related to conflict of interest in public procurement procedures.
As the signal reported earlier, The IPK has launched preliminary investigations into the procurement director, under suspicion of misuse of official position or authority, and issues related to conflict of interest in public procurement processes.
Doubts include dozens of contracts carried out through negotiated and confidential procedures, which investigators are considering their way of development and legitimacy.
The IPK, in co-ordination with the Special Prosecutor, is continuing investigative actions, while the recommendation for the suspension of Facebook has been made in order to ensure the integrity of the investigation.
