According to police, the minor was found on November 5th, about 00:15, after some citizens had observed him near a mall in Ferizaj and sent him to the police station.
After interviewing by investigators and representatives of the Centre for Social Affairs, the 13-year-old has been temporarily placed in a safe haven until finding a solution from competent institutions.
Police have indicated that handling the case is continuing in co-operation with relevant institutions, according to legal procedures.
