Kosovo’s Special Prosecutor has filed charges against Stefan Radulovic for involvement in the September 24th 2023 terrorist attack in Zvecan Banjsk, where Kosovo Police Sergeant Africa Bulnjak was killed.
Radulovic is charged with carrying out the terrorist work and for serious works against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the prosecution, he allegedly, along with the other defendants in the case of Banjska, had participated in the attack on police officials as a member of a heavily structured and heavily armed terrorist group.
In addition to the murder of Sergeant Bulnjak, a police official was injured and several others had suffered injuries.
The prosecution claims the group was aimed at destabilising Kosovo’s fundamental constitutional structures and breaking the northern part of the territory, with the aim of uniting Serbia.
The new indictment is a continuation of the criminal procedure in the case of ‘%Banjskaı, in which the Special Prosecutor had filed charges against 45 defendants on September 11th 2024.
Radulovic was arrested on April 17th 2026 at the Merdara border crossing.
