At the Foundation Court in Prizren, tomorrow (Friday), starting at 10:00, the next trial session is expected to be held in connection with the tragic death of 26-year-old Auron Thaqi, who lost his life after a stroke in September 2024.
The case, which had shaken public opinion, returns to the courtroom while the deceased’s family continue to seek justice and the full whiteening of the circumstances of his death.
According to the case file, Auron Thaqi was seriously stabbed in Prizren. After the attack, he was allegedly thrown from a moving car.
Due to severe injuries, 26-year-old was sent to the University Clinical Centre for treatment
Kosovo ( QKUK), but despite efforts to save his life, he had failed to survive.
In this case, judicial procedure is under way against Enes Ay and Hajrullah Brcan, who, according to reported information, are in custody.
Enes Ay faces suspicion of criminal offence resulting in death, while Hajrullah Brcani for criminal acts of aid and non-annition of criminal acts or perpetrators.
Tomorrow’s session is expected to be another step in the judicial process to clarify the circumstances of this event.
Auron Thaqi’s family continues to demand that those responsible for his death face justice.
