Muhamedal Zeka, the brother of Mirjeta Zeka, who has been missing for seven years, has claimed that the family still has no information on its destiny.
On show F. EVE, he showed that her sister’s last contact with her was on March 31, 2019, at her home in Sfaracre, Vushtrri.
In his view, Mirjet had planned to travel to Germany the next day, but since then the family has not received any news about him.
Her brother said that Mirjeta’s husband had only announced after about three months that she had left home.
After three months and something, he called his brother and said: We have some bad news. Good afternoon.
He has stated that he was later presented to the police to report the case, but he said that the case should be announced by her husband.
Zeka has expressed doubts about the circumstances of extinction, stressing that her husband was the last person she had stayed with.
The last person to stay with him is the husband. He has to answer for his whereabouts, he said.
Zeka has also stated that his sister had hinted that she was facing a big problem, but he had not wanted to tell the family what it was about.
He has also raised questions about actions that he said followed the disappearance, including the renovation of the house and the burning of clothes, as well as the delay in reporting the case.
According to her brother, there is no evidence that Mirjet has crossed the border to Germany. He has said that the family continues to seek answers to its fate, now seven years.

Family lawyer Amer Alija has stated that investigations into the Mirjeta Zeka case were suspended by 2023 and that they are currently not open. He has added that all these years have only accepted silence from institutions.
