According to the Kosovo Hydrotechnology Institute, the values of minimum temperatures will be moved between 1 to 4 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 11 and 15 degrees Celsius, RTKlive reports.
During the day, wind will blow from the northeast, at a speed of 1-4m/s.
