According to the Kosovo Hydromeorological Institute, the values of minimum temperatures will be moved between 0 to 3 degrees Celsius, while the maximum of the day is set to move between 10 and 13 degrees Celsius, RTKlive reports.
During the day the wind will blow from the northwest direction, at speeds of 10 ft [1.3 m].
