A serious event has occurred Friday evening in the municipality of Colonos in Athens, where a 36-year-old of Albanian origin has remained seriously injured as a result of shooting.
Armed execution of the young man occurred first in the square near the local church. Despite being shot into the abdomen area, the 36-year-old managed to run for about 150 meters from the site, sheltering inside his vehicle parked on Lenorman Street.
Police were notified by residents of the area and, as soon as they arrived at the scene, found two bullet shells, as well as the young Albanian man lying and bleeding inside the car.
The injured man was rushed from the ECAB teams to the hospital at Artikon, where he is under strict medical care due to severe injuries.
Under the investigation into the dawning of the event, police authorities have accompanied two people being questioned. So far the motives of this assassination remain unclear, while intensive investigations are continuing to reveal and arrest authors.
