The inspection begins in the case in Pec, where the victim and suspect were ordered to live under the same roof.

KFounding Court captain in Pec, Shemsedin Hadziaj, has announced to Klan Kosovo that the inspection process has begun regarding the case where the victims and the person who allegedly threatened them are ordered to live under the same roof, with a distance of two metres.

Responding to the question of how the judge’s decision is praised in this case, Haxhiaj said judicial decisions do not comment, but confirmed that actions have been taken to examine the subject.

He announced that the head of the Kosovo Judiciary Council has authorised the inspection director, along with two inspectors, to examine relevant subjects in the civil and criminal field.

According to Hadziaj, after examining the subjects, the inspectors will draft a detailed report concerning actions taken by the tribunal.

He added that the court has not wanted to go out with an official communiqué without first confirming information from inspectors who have taken the matter into consideration.
