An unusual visitor has surprised the owner of a bakery in Southport, North Carolina, after an alligator about 20 inches [90 cm] long has been inside the bar through the back door.
The images of security cameras show the animal entering the kitchen and then moving toward the front of the store.
The owner, Jesse Driscoll, has suddenly faced the alligator near the counter and, after a panic, called emergency services. He said he never imagined he’d face an alligator inside his shop.
At the moment of the event, the bar Bagel Dock Express was not open to customers. The alligator left Southport police and animal protection services without causing injuries.
After the incident, the store published a funny message saying that news of fresh bread had reached the moor. /Telegraphy/
