Citizens in Mitrovica have gathered in the newsroom Issa Boletinı, where protests began at 1: 00 p.m. against the murder of women and gender-based violence.
The protest is organised after the assassination of Arlinda Zekiaj on October 25th in Vitomirica in Pec, which has prompted numerous reactions to public opinion.
The Square Isa Boletiniʹ, packed with citizens who joined in opposing violence against women and seeking concrete measures to prevent such cases.
Arlinda Zekiaj’s murder has sparked protests and reactions in several Kosovo cities. Through them, citizens seek justice for the victim, institutional responsibility and greater protection for women. /Justice/
