According to the prosecution’s explanation, after reviewing the parliament, the chief prosecutor has ordered her registration for treatment by the competent prosecutor, with the aim of assessing claims of criminal responsibility, in the direction of the criminal act, the use of official office or authority.
The prosecution has announced that the parachute has also been forwarded to Regional Police in Pec, the Foundation Court in Pec, the Directorate for Social Management and the Centre for Social Affairs, with the request to investigate the claims and verify the official’s eventual concessions within their responsibilities.
In terms of the victim’s request for implementation of the court ruling involving equal exploitation of the house, the prosecution has announced that the execution of the verdict has been enabled by the presiding prosecutor, in co-operation with the Kosovo Police.
In the end, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pec has stressed that the circumstances of the case and the actions of relevant institutions will be seriously and professionally handled, in accordance with legal procedures, while the victim’s family has expressed their condolences.
