The court has sentenced Sylemon to four years and six months in prison and 8 thousand euros in fines after convicting him of the criminal act of buying, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics.
According to the media report, Yusuf has been found guilty of co-ordination of this criminal act, seen in Article 267, paragraph 2, concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo’s Criminal Code.
In addition to the prison sentence, the Court has also imposed an 8 thousand-euro fine, which will be executed after the indictment becomes of a formal form.
The accused has also been charged with paying 200 euros on behalf of the judiciary and 100 euros for the Crime Victims Compensation Fund.
These payments must be paid within 15 days, but no later than three months after the integrity of the act of prejudice
The court has determined that the fine must be paid within 30 days by the full might of the act. If the convict does not want or is unable to pay, it may be replaced by prison, counting 20 euros for a day in prison.
Meanwhile, the damaged side has been instructed that the property-juridical requirement be implemented in regular civil conflicts.
Against this act, the parties have the right to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina, within the 30-day deadline.
