The Foundation Court in Gjilan has scheduled a month of detention for suspect B.D., suspected of serious murder and unauthorized possession of the weapon.
According to the Court’s announcement, the event took place on November 1, 2026, at the suspect’s home in the village of Demajj in Gjilan.
The fugitive, following a physical conflict, is said to have deprived his own son, A.D., of life, of life. Meanwhile, his daughter, D.D., had been found lifeless earlier, with signs of violence on her father’s bed.
The court has estimated that there are legal reasons for the appointment of this move, since the suspect, if released, could influence witnesses and hinder the development of the procedure.
Against that decision, the parties are eligible for complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
