The agreement envisions joint cultural projects, exchange of staff and professional training, aimed at strengthening co-operation between the two institutions.
The memorandum was signed by the director of the National Library of Kosovo, Blerina Rogova Gage, and the director of the National Szechnyi Library, Judi Grenencier.
During the visit, the delegation was introduced to the work of the Hungarian institution, users’ services and digitalisation processes.
Kosovo Culture Ministry Secretary Bislim Bislimi and representatives of Hungary’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs also attended the meeting.
According to the Kosovo National Library announcement, Kosovo’s ambassador to Hungary, Delphin Plana, has contributed to this co-operation.
The agreement aims to strengthen cultural ties between Kosovo and Hungary and create opportunities for further professional co-operation.
