First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora Glauk Konjufca has stated to the Security Council of the United Nations Organisation ( UN) that the indictment against former Kosovo Liberation Army leaders ( U ndo CK) contains actual and container errors.
During his speech at the Kosovo meeting, Konjufca has expressed the expectation that these mistakes will be corrected during the appeals process, stressing the importance of an impartial and fact-based judicial process.
The indictment against former KLA leaders contains errors in fact and content. We expect these mistakes to be corrected in the appeals process. Justice must be impartial, rely on facts and evidence and ensure a fair process for all, Conjufca has indicated.
