Musliu for the return of the Special Law to the Assembly: Improvement Not Attraction

Democratic Party of Kosovo MP Ganimette Musliu has defended her party’s decision to seek a return to the Law for Specialised Chambers and the Specialised Prosecutor’s Office, saying protecting the Kosovo Liberation Army is national and state responsibility.

Through a post, Musliu has said that the PDK, following experts’ criticism and the protest organiser’s proposal that the president return the law to the Assembly for review, has officially taken that step.

KLA protection is not a party issue, but national and state responsibility.

After the criticism expressed by various experts and protest organiser’s proposal that the president return the law to the Assembly for review, The PDK convinced it has done its best to take this step officially today, with responsibility and determination.

We listen to arguments, take into consideration remarks, and are willing to improve the law without giving up our goal: strengthening judicial security and guaranteeing the constitutional rights of our deliverers.
Improving the law is not withdrawal, but responsibility. Our engagement continues until his entry into force.

In parallel, we will continue commitment to the professional and financial support of protecting our Saviors in The Hague.

The KLA is our story of freedom, while protecting the values of liberation war is a pledge not negotiated.

We’re not leaving them alone. Not today, not tomorrow!
