The Commission for Legissation is reviewing the Law for the Bureau, while the MP is not attending the meeting PDK, Progress Gruda, one of the founders of amendments to the Law for Specialised Chambers.
Meanwhile, the other PDK MP, Blerta Deliu, is present, who has refused to talk about developments about the Special Law.
Gruda’s absence comes a day after he claimed to stand behind the law, which returned to the Assembly for reconsideration following his request PDK. He had said the law contains no mistakes and that it would have preferred to talk about its implementation, not the reopening of the debate.
I stand today, and I will last until the end, behind every letter of this law, there was Gruda.
He had stressed that reevaluation should be done on legal matters and with the aim of preserving the essence of the law.
President Justina Shiroka-Pula returned the law to the Assembly after the PDK’s official request, which has said it is aimed at meeting certain provisions and strengthening judicial security. The law was adopted on October 6th.
