Gani Geci has been released from custody, after being interviewed in the State Prosecutor over allegations of journalist Lirim Mehmetaj’s row.
His release from custody has confirmed for the Signal Journal lawyer Besnik R. Berisha.
The case relates to a Facebook post by MP Fatos Geci. According to the Prosecutor’s Bureau, Gec was suspected of having fucked up the journalist, asking him to dismiss or change the content of the post.
