Collusion between Bemerman and Murat for salaries of parallel structure employees

The clash between PDK deputy Eman Candman and Finance Minister Iron Murati was held at the Public Finance Supervisor Commission meeting, where the salary issue of 80 parallel structures was focused.

The debate began when Candorman asked the Mqirat who had paid their salaries to these employees. The minister attributed the responsibility for their return to the PDK, claiming the decision was made by the Independent Council for the Kosovo Civil Service ( KPSHCK).

Distract yourself from the government that has signed the agreement in Brussels for integration of parallel structures. From that point on, Murati told the PDK deputy.

Betman reacted by accusing the minister of making payments to these employees.

You paid without money, he said.

In response, Murati stated that employees were initially exempt from work by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, but were later returned with the KPSHCK decision.

Do you know who took them back to work and ordered them to pay? KKPSHCK, that member who said I’m with the PDK, he paid, Murati said.

The stranger called the minister’s statements lies and later filed claims on the amount of paid wages.

Don’t be shy, don’t be shy, because you paid for terrorist structures, over 500 thousand euros for 2025, the deputy said. PDK.

He also claimed that from the day Murati became minister, a total of 4.8m euros have been paid for these facilities, charging that he had stopped the payments to KSF soldiers for the work done.

Murati blamed the decision on the PDK, claiming that those who had returned workers to the salary list were linked to the party.

Those who put those people in the party, co-party, on the payroll. That party, which has put the salaries of parallel structures on the list, that party has made the decision to get them back to work and pay their salaries retroactively, Murati said.
