Humanist Halil Kastrati, along with Bekim Jasharin, have conveyed a message to the Albanians of Presevo, Bujanovac and Medvedja, stressing the importance of joining, dignity and representation.
Through a social networking post, Kastrati has announced that the message is shared and addressed to the Eastern Kosovo Albanians.
