Jill alerts: Electricity imports so far have reached around 27m euros

Alliance Chairman Ardian Gjini has said that Kosovo is spending up to twom euros a day on electricity imports, criticising Government for the situation in the energy sector.

At a media conference, Djind has declared that import of electricity so far has reached about 27m euros, while he said local production is around 372 megawatts, in the face of demand of over 800 megawatts.

I should tell you that Kosovo, I said, is in collapse. Once again, after many years, with a brutal import of electricity, at brutal prices, prices that are ultimately paid from the pockets of Kosovo citizens, Djind has said.

He has accused the government of mismanaging the energy sector and has warned that the AAK will seek interference in the country on the issue, demanding that the prosecution and other institutions deal with it, tch reports.

The deal I have for you is that the Alliance will call once again and I will immediately repeat an interference for the energy situation by inviting the prosecution by inviting other institutions to take this topic seriously, he has declared.
