On the night between October 24 and 25th, citizens will be spent at winter hour, when the clock scorpions will be back 60 minutes, between 3:00 and 2:00.
This change enables citizens to sleep an hour longer, while the mornings will become brighter and dark will fall earlier in the afternoon.
However, the seasonal change of the clock can affect your body’s biological clock and sleep rate. Some experts support keeping the standard watch permanent, arguing it is better compatible with the body’s natural rhythm.
Meanwhile, the European Union continues to block the effort to end the clock’s seasonal shifts.
Although the European Parliament supported the proposal for the break of this practice in 2019, member states have not yet reached agreement on whether summer or wintertime should be held forever.
