According to EULEX’s announcement, the measures have started since early hours of the day, aimed at monitoring the situation on the ground.
EULEX suggests that actions are taking place in co-ordination with the Kosovo Police and the NATO-led KFOR mission, within the trilateral security response mechanism.
The mission has not provided further details concerning the situation at border crossing points.
