The meeting took place on 22 October, under the Berlin Process Summit in St. Stefan of Montenegro.
Kurti has said she has thanked Spajiqi for the hospitality and for leading the Berlin Process this year, and has commended her for Montenegro’s progress towards membership in the European Union.
According to Kurti, Kosovo and Montenegro are good neighbours and share democratic progress.
He has stressed that Kosovo is interested in taking advantage of Montenegro’s experience, which is closer to EU membership, while Kosovo awaits receiving candidate country status and opening membership negotiations.
