PKosovo’s resident, Justina Shiroka-Pula, has returned the Law for Specialised Chambers to the Assembly, while relying on the reasoning of the Democratic Party of Kosovo Parliamentary Group.
Under the decision, on October 22, 2026, the president has accepted the official proposal of the PDK Parliamentary Group, as sponsor of the law, that the Assembly be given the opportunity to review it.
On October 22nd, 2026, I have also accepted the official presentation of the Parliamentary Group of the Kosovo Democracy Party, as the sponsor of the Law, to give the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo the opportunity to review the LawIt’s a decision. /I did. tv
