The ongoing protest before the Government of Kosovo is being accompanied by calls for accountability for the murder of Arlinda Zekaj, who was killed on October 25th in Pec, as well as criticism of the institutions’ failure to defend it.
Before the executive object, citizens have unveiled a massive fabric, writing down the names of murdered women and messages in their memory. The Scriptures convey the pain of lost lives and anger over cases of women seeking protection but did not receive it.

Among other messages are:
For all women killed
About what we didn’t get to know their names.
For those who sought protection and were not protected
The signal where the truth speaks before the news!
