There was a defense order against the ex-husband, but he’s back at the police station again. The woman’s denouncing threats, suspects he’s carrying a gun.

An active defence order had not dispelled the fears of a woman in Pristina who has again appeared in the police to denounce her former husband. This time, in addition to the alleged threats, she had raised yet another concern: the suspicion that he possessed weapons at home.

Signal Journal sources suggest that the case was reported on October 29th, about 1600, at the Kosovo Police Station in Fushe.

According to information provided by the signal, the woman, with the initial A.M., has claimed to have been separated from her former husband, E.V., with whom she has four children.

Because of previous disagreements, she also had an active protective order against him.

But, according to her statement, the former husband had threatened her with words long ago, while she suspected he was carrying a gun at home.

Denoncim has set in motion police investigators, who, with due authorisation, have searched the suspect’s home on the street of Lezha in Pristina.

The control has not resulted in finding any suspicious weapons or items.

The suspect was interviewed in the presence of the defense attorney, where he denied allegations of violence and deportation.

However, after consulting competent organs, the case has been initiated as a family dhun, while a 48 – hour ban has been imposed on it.

The circumstances of the reported threat remain under investigation, while still no violation of the defence order has been found.

The signal where the truth speaks before the news!
