The Ministry of Education and Science has abolished the decision of the Board of Directors of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj ( U n The ShAF, through which Agron Bajraktari had been elected rector of this institution.
According to the ministry, the decision has been made in order to restore legitimacy at the university.
In its reasoning, MAS has made it known that the Steering Council, despite continued demands, has for months refused to review the opinion of the Ministry’s Legal Office and address the recorded violations.
As a result, the ministry has decided to abolish the decision to elect Bajraktar to the university’s helm.
