The lawyer of the former director of State Intelligence Service ( Flora Hyseni, Vlora Hyseni, was presented today at the Special Court, where he was supposed to hold court hearings against his client.
Kastriot Ceita is seen in the court’s environments, while Vlora Hyseni himself has refused to appear in the session, reports Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha.
The hearing against the former S.H.I.A. Director was prior to being held the day before, but was postponed because of the prosecutor’s absence.
Thus, the development of the session has been coupled with the absence of both sides on different days, while it remains to be seen when the continuation of the judicial review will be established.
