PThe Founding Rockurry in Pristina, the Randa Crime Department, has filed charges against Andon Jashar, suspected of killing Diana Kastrat in May 2011.
According to the indictment provided by Klan Kosova journalist Blerta Ahmeti, former Diana partner, Andon Jashar, is charged with two criminal acts: Heavy homicide and possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons, reports Klankosova.tv.

She declared that the critical day was returning home with her car when she noticed Diane and the defendant arguing and, according to her, perhaps even pushing.
The Witness said that Diane had an umbrella in her hand and seemed to be trying to get away from him.
