The Alliance’s Parliamentary Group’s chief, Besnik Tahiri, has criticised the Government for nepotism, political clientism and employing family members and party militants in public positions.
In a Facebook post, Tahiri said that hiring and favouring family and relatives has become one of the government’s main ways of functioning.
It has also criticised the deployment of party militants to public positions, which, according to him, should be reserved for independent and competent professionals.
Tahiri has pointed out, as he has called it, the paradox of the Government, which fought against family and party employment, was among the main political promises, but since today, has turned this practice into one of the main forms of functioning of cabinet ministers.
Simply, meritocracy was replaced with nepotism, while the fight against the party capture of the state was replaced by their capture by the ruling party itself, Tahiri wrote.
