Albania’s Defence Minister Ermal Nufi has made it known, under which the exercise has been held from November 2nd to November 5th 2026.
Effective Civil Support and Emergency Bases ( Albania’s BMEC and members of the Kosovo Security Force ( KSF).
According to Nufi, professional experiences have been exchanged during the exercise, new equipment has been tested and various research-saving techniques in mountainous terrain have been practiced. One of the scenarios accomplished was the evacuation of a person injured in mountainous conditions.
Minister Nufi stressed that this activity contributes to strengthening professional capacities, increasing interoperability and consolidating co-operation between Albania’s and Kosovo emergency facilities.
He described training as an activity that strengthens cooperation in the service of life and the safety of citizens.
