Paris Jackson has taken legal action towards the manager of her father’s wealth, music legend Michael Jackson, charging that he has failed to meet the obligations for transferring money to the family heritage fund. It requires that 600 million dollars be placed in a trust fund for which she and her two brothers are beneficiaries.

In court documents provided by the British newspaper Paris Jackson claims that John Branca, one of Michael Jackson’s property killers, has not transferred any money to the fund. Michael Jackson Family Trust, whom the singer had foretold in his prehumous will in 2009.
More than seventeen years after his death, Michael Jackson’s family fund remains unfinanced, said the indictment filed by the Paris Jackson legal team.
Her lawyers claim Branca continues to exercise full control over the beneficiaries of property, deciding when and whether they can receive money from the legacy.
Through this indictment, Paris Jackson intends that the wealth of $600 million will be transferred to the family fund so that she and her two brothers can benefit from the previous fund from their father.
