The signal newspaper has secured the suspect’s identity to the murder. According to the signal’s sources, it’s Albert Sayyn, brother-in-law of the victim, who allegedly hit him with a axe in the head and then left the scene.
Circumstances become more shocking by information that Arlinda had denounced domestic violence just before the murder.
According to information provided by the signal, around 7:00 p.m., it was accompanied by a patrol at the Police Station in Pec, where it was interviewed by domestic violence investigators. By 20:58 the same patrol had taken him home.
